Asessippi Group Program

To qualify groups must have 20 participants or more, book a minimum of 14 days in advance of visit, plan to arrive together and be prepared to make one payment on arrival!

Booking Forms available here. Print document, complete and return via fax to 204-564-2099 a minimum of 2 weeks prior to planned visit or call Colynda direct at 1-888-564-2001, Ext. 107 to book.

On receipt of booking we will confirm availability and forward your group worksheets. The work sheets once completed are to be returned a minimum of 3 to 5 business days prior to the groups visit.

The information you provide ensures the Asessippi Team is fully prepared for your group's arrival! Lift tickets & meal vouchers are pre-printed and ready for pick up and rental equipment is pre-set, labeled and ready to go. Note: Rental information received within 48 hours of visit will not be pre-set and cannot be guaranteed.

Upon arrival at Group Check In we will review attendance, adjust billing accordingly, collect payment and distribute tickets & meal vouchers (where applicable).

Then it's off to the Rental Department to get geared up for a great day of skiing, boarding and/or downhill snow tubing!
